Writing on Stone Provincial Park is enchanting any time of the year. Visiting it in the winter is a unique experience. You may be the only person there and it is you, the wind and the animals. The hoodoos stand out against the snow and give photography a good contrast.
It is not every day that you can take a walk with a coyote, especially not in a city. This was the second time I had seen one on the ice of the Oldman River.
Luckily I had a camera with me both times. The first time I captured it on video, the second time on still photos. See photos and video below.
